Health Facilities Health facilities are divided into three categories: The First Level Care Facilities (FLCF) Secondary Level Care Facilities (SLCF) and Tertiary Level Care Facilities (TLCF). The FLCF provide preventive, promotive and curative health services, whereas SLCF facilities are located in the main towns and TLCF are in the major cities of the province.
